When you visit our websites, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser and device type, general location (city or region), pages you view, how long you stay, the site that referred you, and whether you filled out a form after clicking one of our ads. See Cookies and Tracking below.
Information from other sources
We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (for example, when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram), review and directory sites, people who refer you to us, and publicly available sources such as property records and building permits.

Cookies and Tracking
Our websites use cookies and similar tools from the following partners. These partners may collect information about your activity on our sites and use it under their own privacy policies.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help us understand how visitors find and use our websites. Learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google Ads measures which ads lead to inquiries and may show our ads to people who have visited our sites (remarketing). You can manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and may show our ads to people who have visited our sites. You can manage this in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Learn more in Meta's Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and thenai.org/how-to-opt-out. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our websites work.
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, our websites do not currently respond to them.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example, by checking the consent box on our contact form or texting us first), Cross Creek may send you text messages about your inquiry, consultations and appointments, estimates, your project, and occasional seasonal offers.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below.
- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of hiring us or buying anything from us.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the text messaging service provider that delivers our messages on our behalf, which may use this information only to provide that service to us.
Marketing Emails
If you join our email list, request information, or are a past or current client, we may send you emails with design ideas, seasonal tips, project spotlights, events, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still email you about an active inquiry or project.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you:
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, customer relationship management (CRM), email and text messaging platforms, scheduling, analytics, accounting, and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Project partners, such as subcontractors, suppliers, fabricators, and surveyors, when needed to design and build your project, and government offices when a permit is required.
- Advertising and analytics partners (Google and Meta) through the cookies and pixels described above.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cross Creek, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, if Cross Creek is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
- With your permission, for any other purpose you agree to.
None of the sharing described in this section applies to your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or text messaging opt-in data, which are handled only as described in the Text Messages section above.

We're proud of our work and often photograph or film finished projects for our portfolio, website, and social media. We will not publish your name or street address with those images without your permission. If you'd prefer we not feature your property, just let us know.

Our websites link to other sites, such as Instagram, Facebook, Houzz, and Google. If you visit, follow, review, or message us on those platforms, their privacy policies apply to the information they collect.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including supporting your project and any warranty, keeping business records, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website, email, or text transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
